Join GSSI Associate Principal Scientist Dr. Rebecca Randell as she leads a discussion with senior researchers sharing their career journeys. The discussion will cover gender-specific and general challenges, while offering actionable advice for navigating the academic landscape.

Before the session, participants will complete a brief questionnaire to highlight the most pressing challenges faced by early-career female researchers today. The session will feature expert insights and a panel discussion.
